Due to increasing building density, free building plots are becoming increasingly scarce. The existing space must be used as efficiently as possible. This often results in very small gaps between buildings or construction sites on properties that are difficult to access. Temporary construction pit systems are particularly important in these cases.

Thanks to our many years of expertise, Nägele Hoch- und Tiefbau is able to optimally implement temporary construction pit systems for construction sites where space is limited and protection by natural embankments is not possible.
In these cases, the excavation pit is secured by steel sheet piling. A continuous wall is constructed from trapezoidal steel profiles, which has a high structural effect and can also be viewed as technically watertight. The length and type of the sheet piling profiles are adapted to the structural requirements of the construction pit. The main areas of application for this type of reinforcement system are deep construction pits and hydraulic engineering.
