Three houses in the Vorach
This modern residential complex was built under general contractor management and offers maximum living comfort as well as innovative and sustainable construction methods. The residential complex consists of three buildings with a total of 54 flats. Some of these flats are intended for non-profit letting and some for sale. A communal room is available to residents for social activities and promotes social interaction. The underground car park offers sufficient parking spaces for residents and visitors to the complex. The buildings were constructed using an innovative hybrid construction method and have a ventilated wooden façade that is both aesthetically pleasing and sustainable. The appealing architecture was designed by the renowned architectural firm Architekturwerkstatt
Dworzak-Grabher, which not only contributes to the aesthetic enhancement, but also offers positive environmental effects such as better thermal insulation and rainwater retention. A 94 kWp photovoltaic system provides environmentally friendly energy generation. Heating and hot water are provided by geothermal energy. Waste is disposed of using an efficient and space-saving underground system. A special feature of this project is the high proportion of in-house labour by companies from the PORR Group, which carried out 60% of the work. This guarantees the highest quality and efficiency during the entire construction phase.
