On 12.04.19, the team leader of the apprentice training Bmst. Harald Böhler organized a polishing seminar on the topic "Apprentices in the 21st century.
In the beautiful ambience of the Viktorsberg monastery, the polishers learned about some new and well-known behaviour patterns of the young apprentices. As a speaker we could welcome Mr. Robert Frasch, author, networker and founder of the apprentice power.
This interesting seminar dealt with topics like the youth of today ticking, values, generation neck down, peer groups, role models and communication, to name just a few examples. In this way, insights and a raising of awareness about the world of thought and the values of today's youth could be made visible and understandable.
In addition to a good snack during the breaks and a concluding lunch, we were able to review what we had heard and prepare ourselves mentally for the future applicants.
